1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the bd5 (bd5.run) website or mobile application, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. Reading these terms in full before accessing or using bd5 is mandatory.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the bd5 platform and its users. bd5 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Bd5 services are intended for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, resale, or any other unauthorised purpose is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Use

To open an account with bd5, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening an account or using bd5 on behalf of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory — especially before making any withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to bd5 immediately.

Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited. bd5 reserves the right to verify any account at any time and may request additional documentation.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bd5:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

Bd5 is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by technical or banking issues. However, we always work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to the use of bd5 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements. Typically, you are required to wager between 20 and 40 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt at bonus abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the deadline has passed.
• Bd5 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or introduce bonus offers at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other gaming activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — exceptions may apply in the event of a technical error.
• Certain restrictions apply to live bets placed after an event has started. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is 10 BDT, and the maximum bet amount is determined by your account level.
• If a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are displayed, bd5 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd5 and will result in serious action:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bd5's systems or engaging in hacking.
• Operating an account or playing on behalf of a minor.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bd5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If your account is closed and you have a remaining balance with no rule violations, it will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited if a terms violation is involved. For any disputes regarding account closure, contact us at support@bd5.run.

Users can also self-exclude — temporarily or permanently — through the Responsible Gaming section to suspend their account for a chosen period.
